Weekly Writing Spark ~ Eyes || Igniteyourcreativity.net

There is an old saying that “the eyes are the windows to the soul”. If this saying is true, what do your eyes say about you? Do they reveal a lot through expression or are you able to keep a poker face? Look in the mirror, what do your eyes reveal? Reflect and write!

Weekly Writing Spark ~ Optimism || Igniteyourcreativity.net

We all face moments in our lives that knock us down, and as a result it is often difficult to see things in a positive light. What can you do to help yourself and those around you see things in a positive light? Consider what little things you can do to “kick-start” your optimism.  Write a list of those things and try to do as many as possible to promote an optimistic outlook and rejuvenate your spirit.

Weekly Writing Spark ~ People Watching || Igniteyourcreativity.net

If you are like me, sometimes you like to sit down and make some time to people watch. This week when you are out in public, in a coffee shop perhaps, or the subway, or some other public place where there are people around interacting with each other. Jot down observations about the people you observe. How do they interact with each other? What does their body language tell you? Write and reflect.
