More than likely, someone has come into your life that has been a total inspiration to you. You may know the person or have heard their story and it has inspired you in a life changing way. Whether you know this person or not, whether they are dead or alive, write them a letter of appreciation. Tell them how their story has touched you and the significance it has made to your life. Reflect and write.
We all have fears and every person has their own way of dealing with them. Fear can be debilitating or it can be a motivator either way, fears shrink or grow depending on what power we give to them. Fear seems to intensify with our resistance of it. Write about your fears and perceived limitations. Ask yourself, “What am I afraid of?” “What is my fear protecting me from?” “What would happen if I were not afraid?” Reflect and write.
“You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing which you think you cannot do.” ~Eleanor Roosevelt
