Note to Self: A Seven-Step Path to Gratitude and Growth
Baggage! We all carry it with us through life. It comes in a wide variety of styles, shapes, and colors; and no matter how we dress it up, it’s frustrating, inconvenient, and slows us down. In fact, it’s downright disruptive.
Note to Self: A Seven-Step Path to Gratitude and Growth is about offloading emotional baggage—something that’s especially important when we realize that we don’t just pack for one; we pack for seven of our selves—self-preservation, self-gratification, self-definition, self-acceptance, self-expression, self-reflection, and self-knowledge. Each plays a vital rose in harmony, overall health, and well-being.
Chock full of real-life emotional examples, as well as “keys” at the end of each chapter offering actionable tips to help you offload it permanently,Note to Self will help you discover a lighter, joy-filled you!
Although Note to Self is available on Amazon and Barnes and Noble for pre-order, Note to Self actually hits the shelves November 1. I start my book tour shortly after that with stops on both coasts and at least one in the great Chicagoland area that I called home for over 20 years.

September saw the start of some new paths and projects for me. For years I had dreamed of following a certain professional path only to be met with roadblocks out of my control, total frustration and then acceptance that perhaps things just weren’t meant to be. It’s odd how just when you least expect it, an opportunity presents itself that opens doors you once thought were closed to you. Over the next few months I will be working hard to make sure that door stays open…stay tuned for more news.

Wherever you may be in your day or evening, I hope you’re making your fondest dreams a reality! 🙂
