Creativity Coaches are life coaches who focus on one’s creative evolution. Our mission is to help you focus on improving and redefining your future by encouraging you to focus on creative pursuits. Many artists, writers, musicians, and other creative people live with anxieties, doubts, fears, and worries that often hinder their creative minds.

A Creativity Coach’s main goal is to assist and guide you to reach your dreams and to help you live the creative life you desire. Ultimately, we endeavor to help our client write, paint, compose, find meaning and happiness where the main goal is to create. Coaches will encourage you to set attainable goals and offer a level of accountability through assignments geared to your specific goal.

I want to help inspire you to think bigger and to work on developing your ideas and energies into meaningful creative projects. Together we will identify, understand and work through any creative blocks that stand in the way of your goals. Working with me will enable you to become the creative person, you have always wanted to be.

I have spent years delving into one creative form or another everything from writing to sculpting and I bring to the table a strong background including a visual arts degree (college), counselling/social service diploma, art therapy diploma (CPD) journal therapy diploma(CPD) and life coaching diploma (CPD).

Everyone is creative often all you need is to ignite that spark! Let me offer you guidance, encouragement, support to help you find your inspiration.

ABOUT OUR “CORE CREATIVITY” PROGRAM

Six weeks of creative support and guidance to help you ignite your creative spark.

Core Creativity offers six weeks of creativity coaching via email (up to four emails per week) to accommodate your schedule and enable you to work at your leisure.

For the first two weeks, we will work on identifying where your inspiration lies, uncovering roadblocks and setting short-term goals. The following three weeks will be about putting your short-term goals into action. I will be there with you every step of the way. If you have doubts or questions you can email me and we can work through them together, you are not alone in this. The last week we will review your progress and set long-term goals to move you forward on your creative path.

Once you have enrolled I will send you a questionnaire to complete that will help me get to know you better and create a customized program made just for you.

ABOUT OUR “ART AS THERAPY” PROGRAM

Four weeks of creative support and guidance to enable you to reduce stress, find healthy creative outlets and ignite your creative spark.

Art as Therapy Program offers four weeks of creativity coaching via email (up to four emails per week) to accommodate your schedule and enable you to work at your leisure.

During this program, we will work on identifying the stressful areas of your life, customizing an action plan for managing stress using creative expression and establishing strategies to help you move forward. I will be there with you every step of the way. If you have doubts or questions you can email me and we can work through them together, you are not alone in this. The last week we will review your progress and set long-term goals to move you forward on your creative path.

Once you have enrolled I will send you a questionnaire to complete that will help me get to know you better and create a customized program made just for you.
